::My claim has been declined. Personally, I lost several thousand euro my claim was rejects. I lost my luggage in South America. I have waited for over a year for information that my claim was rejected. They wrote back only once I placed a negative comment. They found a loophole after a year. Now I will appeal and afterward address the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau. All claims are handled by Mapfre Assistance I have 2 insurance companies. Mapfre made every effort so that the second company was the one to pay first. In such cases Mapfre/Multitrip does not pay! They ask things that are unrelated to the claim. And an abundance of private questions. You have to constantly explain the same things again and again. They handle complaints very long and always consider them negative. They inform you with the use of a nice and firm language that if you do not like the decision you may file a complaint to the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau. However, it means another several months of waiting. For Blue, I'm a crook and a thief.

::Advertisement on their website is totally not tru. If you ask a quotation you will be surprised - the premium is huge!!! Give them one star only and never ever phone again.. :(

::I wanted a good value travel insurance as my medical history would mean I would take a risk without travel insurance. However I did a lot of research about what was covered as well, as cheap travel insurance might not be cheap if you are not covered properly. After hours of research I found BLUE was not only good value, but had excellent cover for less money than other policies I did comparisons on. I did take out extra flight coverage as a lot of airlines were going out of business at the time. BLUE was still the best value. I also noted other peoples reviews were excellent and that gave me some reassurance. Thankfully I have had no reason to claim so far, but am confident that I will be well looked after if I need to.

::Excellent service from helpful staff at Blue Insurance. I tried the other insurance providers and got the best policy and quote from Blue Insurance. They patiently answered all my questions about the policy. Their insurance provided a much better cover than the others and was also much more competitive price wise. I shall return to them for my other insurance needs.

::Easy, quick, competent, and exactly what I needed. My former insurer not only changed their terms and conditions to something that did not suit me anymore but also yanked up the premium without any further explanation. Due to my frequent international business travel, I needed a competent new insurer quickly. Found and compared BLUE, got a policy for almost the same premium, online purchase was easy and user friendly and I hope that the future service will be just as good 😀
