::As someone who has suffered with bad/awful health for 18 years. I have never trained before. I always felt I was too sick or didn't have the energy and wondered "what good it would do". I'm turning 40 this year and after another bad health year I decided "what harm would it do". I took the plunge 5 weeks ago and contacted bodynamics on a friends recommendation. What sold me to try it was the promise of better energy levels. I started with Jodie 4 weeks ago. I'm not going to lie the first 10 days were murder. But I was starting to feel stronger. Four weeks on, I can't believe how my body has changed. My energy levels are much higher, I have suffered with stomach trouble amongst other things for years, this has improved and my daily pain level has dropped. I have noticed a change in my measurement, yes, but to be honest the difference in my health has been the biggest improvement. I look forward to continuing my training by joining the small pt group after my holiday. Thank you Jodie, you have had the right balance of pushing and encouragement and have always been aware of my capabilities and how my body is feeling on a day to day.
