  Sarah had me back up and running in no time. Sarah was really supportive and encouraging throughout my time working with her to heal my injury. She helped get me back into action both through one-on-one sessions and also giving me a comprehensive list of exercises that I could do from home to speed up my recovery further. Thanks a million :) I now attend her Pilates classes to prevent further injury!

  I have been to several physios for severe lower back pain and I must say Sarah and her team at Bodyright have surpassed them all. They are experts in their field and have a gentle yet professional approach to their treatments. I could not recommend Bodyright Physio enough.

  I had some back and hip pain due to fallen arches. Bodyright give me great advise and treatment. I was also fitted for orthotics which worked very well. Top class physio.

  Sarah treated my neck pain and gave me great tips for stretching at home & keeping loose during exercise to prevent hurting it again. Looking forward to Pilates classes I've signed up for, great facilities & great care!
