  Rude staff...this female staff from Boots Charlestown just came up behind me and said that's not a tester while I was trying on a TESTER liquid eyeliner. She didn't even check first what I was trying. I was very embarrassed as there were other customers. I love Boots but some of the staff have poor customer service.
