  This is a great place, with plenty of hardware, but the prices are outrageous. Its a good shop for small items, but find what you want and get it somewhere else.

  Very very poor service and advise. We asked a member of staff called Ben who was in the hardware section if he had Drill bit adapter. Which we thought was a very common DIY item. He dismissed us straight away with out even viewing what he had in stock, making any suggestions and acted like this item never existed. After we reviewed what was there we decided to ask another member of staff. Who very obligingly said she would call someone from hardware. Who arrives to the call but Ben the same guy we spoke to, we showed what we were looking for on screen. He would not even look at what we were showing him and said no very rudely. He proceeds to walk away with a smirk like he had the last laugh. Extremely rude customer service to a regular customer of this store. On another note product descriptions are extremely poor.

  Very well stocked. I have two issues with the place, the first is that staff are very thin on the ground and when you do find one, some are very knowledgeable while others are not. They should all have an equal knowledge. The other thing is that quite a few items are mis priced or else the price is very difficult to find . I find check out staff are friendly though. Free parking outside is very handy
