  I ordered a cappuccino which came burning hot. I returned it cause it was undrinkable and asked for a filter coffee but there was no offer to refund the difference even after I pointed out the €1 difference. So that's bad product and bad service. Had a breakfast there a different time - rock hard bacon and everything else was dry and bland.

  I don't ever write negative reviews but this had to be the worst service I have ever received.... no joke! We had to ask for menus and then ask to place our order because they completely ignored us, they didn't even clean our table. I asked for beans, bacon, scrambled egg and brown toast. Different people were going back and fourth to the kitchen saying they couldn't do that combination. 30 minutes later they finally agreed to my order. When it finally came it was wrong and half the items were cold! My friend found a hair in his food after he had eaten half of it so we just paid and left. Worst experience I've had.
