  Extremely helpful staff, we just bought our first aquarium and the staff member at breffnis spent about 45 minutes talking us through everything, clearly passionate about his fish and how they’ll be treated.. very competitive pricing also

  The employee shane was nasty from start to finish. He made outdated comments and tried his best to offend me over the phone when i rang to inform him the hamster i purchased had bitten my friend as we were looking for a return . He only seemed to care about the money and not the well being of his animals

  Bought a hamster in this pet shop and found the owner Shane to be completely unprofessional and money hungry in my dealings with him. If I give you any advice in this life or the next, steer clear from what might be the worst pet shop in Ireland, probably the world. Thanks to Shane's attitude.

  Courteous.. they've a loyalty card scheme and you get a free bag of food every 6 purchases....
