  I didn't know what to expect when my girlfriend booked this place as it's located within the University of Limerick campus. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facilities and the rooms. There were a few rooms within a block, like a block of apartments. A common area was provided for storing and cooking food, making tea and generally hanging out. The rooms were ensuite so it was pretty much like staying in a hotel. They were very clean and warm with a separate desk area if you wanted to use a laptop etc. Overall it was very good and very affordable if you need a place when hotels are full.
