::I used to love this place and the bagels are still fine but the staff are getting awful rude and cheeky. They don't seem to care and there has been numerous times I've gotten my order wrong because friends have walked in and they don't listen. I'm not impressed anymore and I'm getting rather sick of the treatment by their staff.
