  Staff are very nice, kitchen was great. My battery ran out in my mobile phone when I arrived and I had no USB charger, the staff were lovely and had a spare charger behind the counter and allowed me to charge it up and were so nice about it. There was a free band the night I stayed which was nice n cool even though there people wise it was quite that night. Beds were comfortable. Not much street noise the night I stayed. Location is very good and busses run regularly pretty much all day close by.

  Not the best but definitely not the worst. Shared kitchen is really big so points for that. If you are passing by and want to save up to me money you can definitely pick worst places then this one. The pub is really friendly and they often have live music.

  Awesome, fantastic, amazing. This place was a welcoming face to arrive to in Cork!! From the second we arrived to the second we left the staff was welcoming and answered any questions we had! And having a bar right downstairs was really great. Everything was clean and comfortable. No complaints here.

  Nice bar. Good beer, friendly staff Now and again have live music if that floats your boat (not for me personally). I don't know anything about the accommodation but I always call there regularly if I'm out drinking in Cork

  Live music and bar + hostel? It was fantastic. It was convenient to stay here for a short overnight trip coming in from Dublin since the bar and music is right below. The staff was very, very friendly and eager to answer any questions. Fellow travelers were quick to meet each other. In the 4 dorm suites, a hand towel should be added in the bathroom to dry hands.The locker cages under the bunk beds don't prevent theft and were useless, but I stayed in a 4 bed room so there weren't many people. Generous check out time and free luggage storage! Basic breakfast to tie you over until lunch: toast, jam, couple of cereals + milk, and coffee/tea. I wish I had more time to stay here.
