  Excellent room for weddings, well decorated service and food was great. Ticked all the boxes will be back.

  Very nice location and good staff but the hotel itself looks really run down and several things were broken in the room (faucet cold water wasn't working, tiles were loose, carpet had many stains)... Not what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel as they advertised (3 star as Google reports sounds closer to reality although in my experience it was worth 2).

  Great hotel. Staff are wonderful. Kids loved the pool. Very close to bunratty castle.

  Very nice hotel and staff. Approximately 5min away by foot from Bunratty Castle. Pubs and shops next door. Great area. Only real negative thing, fixed shower head.

  We attended a wedding here in Feb ceremony was fabulous staff on reception were also lovely when we went down for the reception hall was freezing when people ask for the heating to b turned up were told it was warm enough even though the majority of d guests were wearing their coats when ask could we have more breadrolls were told do u think this is a hotel or something staff were not one bit helpful to d bride and groom d person that was serving on the bar on this particular night was rude even one of d guests gave him a tip to see if this would make him a bit more pleasant to deal with d rooms were lovely but again a d following mourning got up for breakfast had paid for breakfast only a few things available I have been to a nice few weddings and in many different hotels would have to say was very disappointed with this hotel
