  Joe, the owner, makes this place so wonderful! My husband and I stayed there our last night in Ireland, and he made us a reservation at a local restaurant after helping us carry bags to the room. The breakfast was very tasty! The room was very clean and spacious for a B&B. Only a mile or two from Bunratty Castle, and a lot of things are with in a 5 minute drive. Would recommend this place to anyone!

  It was great, the beds were comfy and there was a lovely living room open to all guests. The full Irish breakfast was also lovely

  The owner was very nice to us, the place is very clean and beautiful, great rooms, good brealfast at a good price. Very friendly place, we were looking for a restaurant nearby and the owner called a restaurant and got us a table!!
