  On balance food looked great & lots of choice but!, approached counter and lady was serving someone decided on purchase & as i was getting purse from bag 2 guys came to counter & was served straight away. I said nothing as to be fair i was rummaging in bag however staff member then called me to other till as made my way the few feet literally a business man came in just got there before me as i negotiated customers standing looking at menu & the one who actually called me then proceeded to take his order! No raving feminist but what is that all about?! lost my place at top of other queue.suffice to say venus dwellers will be overlooked by mars counterparts! thankfully plenty of alternative coffee outlets in terminal so cannot review fare as left!

  I received a FREE CHOCOLATE with my (white chocolate) mocha! That's all you need to know, but it's also worth noting that: 1. The staff are friendly and give off happy vibes. 2. There's plenty of seating and tables - good for sitting and typing). 3. It's clean enough and the staff appear to tidy/clear off the tables frequently enough. Thanks If you remove the free chocolate concept I'll deduct a star or two ;) Is that an incentive or what ;D

  They got me with a free chocolate per drink. Not sure if it was an offer coffee and chocolate was good

  Nice place, chocolate included to each coffee. You can buy exclusive, nicely packet chocolate. Not to cheap coffee could be better for this price.

  To me, an essential start-off to any air travel. THE best coffee, with cheerful, helpful staff whatever the time of day. The first place I go is to Butlers after checking - in. In addition, on my last visit (end July) a young staff member (I think his name was Paul) did me a really good turn. I had a letter to post which I had forgotten. As he and another colleague were explaining to me where I might find the last postbox before Departure, he offered to take my letter and post it for me himself. Much appreciated! Thank you :) . I'll be back for the coffee on my next trip.
