  Absolutely brilliant!! The staff are probably the nicest I have ever come across in any gym/spin centre I have used. They know their stuff and are very helpful/accommodating to newbies. The centre is great, plenty of bikes but not too many so it still has that personal feel to the workout. I have never sweated as much or felt so good after a workout as I have in cadence. I cannot recommend it enough.
