  Coffee cups size reduced & changed to an impersonal white with no brand on them,coffee prices increased ,not a fan anymore,friendly staff

  Ok food, weak coffee and horrible service with staff members shouting across the room at you and making dismissive gestures, and practically throwing your food and change back at you, I wont be returning.

  Nice place to get your takeaway coffee and pastry. The have a loyalty card scheme so you can earn free coffees and they're really fast to serve.

  I bought a sandwich today, Monday 15 February. The best before date was 16 February. The shelves were unusually empty so I asked the assistant was the sandwich on the shelves since Friday (as they are closed on Saturday and Sunday). She laughed at me and said they don't keep sandwiches for that long. She shared a joke with her friend in the shop in a different language and they both laughed. I bought the sandwich anyway because I was in a rush back the office. The sandwich was stale and I've no doubt that it was there since Friday. I won't be going back again.
