::The comfy seats are near the door.....you can feel the cold every time its opened. Some staff have attitude. Coffee standard, hot chocolate.....depends on the staff that make it.

::I like the comfortable armchairs in Nero but they often run the air conditioning when it is already cool thus causing unnecessary draughts. Some branches even wedge the front door open even in winter.
