  Bought a 4k mirrorless and wanted a tripod. The tripod wasn't in stock at the Grafton St branch, so, they said they would call me when it was in. I got home and an hour later I got a call saying they found one for me and would drop it into me that evening. The store manager did so on his way home. Terrific service and lovely lads to deal with.

  Camera centre grafton street - good stock there, cool if you saw something online and want to try or see live BUT I have bought two things in different times and both of employees didn't advised that for extended warranty I need to sign up product online, I had to ask as I saw on packaging what is all about 5 years warranty cause it's a lot.. in one case I throw out the label because they said only receipt will be needed and now for registration I need quote from producer. Second story what actually made me to write this review was funny speech about half price of product what actually was normal price (btw heard whispering between two of you about 'special price? special price?yeah yeah') I bought this thing only because no point to order online in same REGULAR price while I'm in shop right now. Don't go there without research what you need and how much you need to spend, staff is kind of useless and focused only on sale.....

  Great camera shop. Very friendly and helpful staff who know their stuff. End of story - the next time I need anything, I know where to go.

  I find the place good but I can't help but feel the staff are too intrusive sometimes. I went to look at a bag and the whole time the staff member stood beside me and I felt I was being hurried. Had I been left alone to look at the items in the store, I would have had a better experience.
