  I called the Carole Nash Breakdown Assistance number last night, spent 15+ minutes by the side of the road listening to the same bland "Sorry, we're experiencing high call volumes..." message, with no indication of my wait time counting down, or "you are the n-th person in the queue" etc...eventually I just hung up and made my own arrangements. If you call this number during the day (which I have done, just to check) you still get this message. Very poor service. I phoned the Carole Nash office this afternoon to report this, and have to say the girl I spoke with answered the phone immediately and was excellent to talk with and promised to report this and try to improve the service. So, come on Carole Nash, if you're offering a Breakdown Service, have someone available to pick up the phone in a reasonable amount of time.
