  Stay away. no reply for complaint. costumer service is so bad.

  Never dealing with Carpet right again. First and last experience with this company. Had bought just under 2000 euros worth of flooring and had 2 boxes of panels with blisters on them, a monkey could see it was a manufacturing defect. But I got no joy with my complaint. So needless to say I will never buy anything from this chain of stores and would suggest that everyone stay clear.
