::I find the customer service in store (Wexford) is great but they never seem to answer the phone. The service in person makes up for it though as they know what they're talking about and they are very helpful

::It is impossible to phone this shop! Their messaging voice mailbox has been full for the past 2 weeks that I have been calling and as I do not live in town I cannot contact them. Signed up for a new Eir bundle with them, gave all my bank details and have heard nothing for more than a week. I was told the installation men would be round in a "couple of days" to install a new broadband wifi box. Am very disappointed with the service especially as they rang me several times to get my business! If you want things done quickly and efficiently...dont go to this branch!
