  Bad service, had no interest in the fact I wasn't interested in starting a contract. Asked about 2 or 3 different phones and guy said he wouldn't recommend any of them (as they weren't bill pay). No info on credit, gave me phone without setting up a sim card. No thanks for spending 140€ in the store. Just a very bad experience. Will never go back to this stores

  Dealt with Lauren in this store and she couldn't have been more professional and helpful (and patient!). Nice to deal with staff who aren't pushy but who know their stuff! Would highly recommend.

  Went there earlier today. Store had no stock of s8 cases in. When asking about new stock and cases got a very vague answer. Worst issue I had with the staff was one member barely knew the functions or how to use a Samsung flagship phone. He never heard of the edge screen apps. As a customer I had to show the staff member what I was referring to. Decided against any purchase as they had no clue of what they are selling. Complete shame.

  Had a great experience about a month ago with Denise after my mobile was stolen. She couldn't have been more sympathetic and was super helpful. Delighted with my new phone and just wanted to say thanks to her!
