  Amazing service, never been looked after so well. As a small business owner myself i must say the guys here go far and beyond the call of duty, set up everything for me, so helpful and friendly. The manager in particular was so helpful, really knew his stuff and was great at explaining everything in a way i could easily understand. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

  Appalling customer service. Phone doesn't work? "No problem, we'll send it away for repair!" You've done that three times already, it still doesn't work, please replace or refund it. "No sir, our policy is to send it away for repair." Eventually they let me speak to a manager. Who is based in the UK. You've heard of the Sales of Goods Act? "Yes sir, and we like to think we operate within the spirit of that law." By ignoring its consumer protection provisions, apparently. Avoid.
