  Worst shop I have ever dealt with, my daughter pays insurance on her bill for her phone and had to return the phone to the shop as it was water damaged. She was told it would take 5-10 working days to have the phone sent away for repair and returned, that was 3 MONTHS ago and today she has been told the iPhone was never actually sent away 😡😡she has been fobbed off with stupid excuses and the promise of returned calls from the shop which never came. I have rang the shop 26 times in an hour and never got even 1 of my calls answered. Absolutely disgraceful service from people who obviously have no customer service skills

  My wife pays 10 euro insurance for her phone for the past year.her camera lens cracked and she brought it in for repair. It was supposed to take 7 to 10 days. After 7 days we were told it wasnt fixed yet. A week later the same answer. After week 3 they told us they hadnt sent it away yet so we were lied to our face twice and they forgot to put it under insurance so now my wife has to pay for the repair anyway. Its a disgrace
