  As a tenant, I found Shane @ Casey Kennedy to be extremely difficult to deal with. We had issues with leaking ceilings and defective plumbing in the property throughout the year which he had a handyman attempt to fix on numerous occasions without success before callling in several different plumbers. His manner on the phone and in email contact throughout the tenancy was unhelpful, rude, obnoxious and frankly shocking considering the customer facing role he occupies. I don't usually review websites but on this occasion I felt it best to highlight to others about this business.

  Shane and the rest of the Casey Kennedy team delivered exactly what I needed, helping me to find a place to stay over the summer while I studied at UCD. Quick to respond to correspondence, meticulous in handling of monies, and extensively knowledgeable about both the market and its navigation, the staff took a massive burden off of me and put it on themselves, making summer letting rather easy. I would definitely recommend them for handling any service that you would need in relation to housing!

  To whom it may concern, Shane O'Callahan of Casey Kennedy Stillorgan, has come up trumps yet again. After initially placing my property with them for rental two years ago, the Tenants gave a month's notice in January this year. Despite having a trouble free two years with no maintenance issues for me to deal with or payment issues, I dreaded the thought of getting another tenant, lack of rental income, etc. I need not have to be worried, Casey Kennedy had everything solved within seven days! Not only did they have a new quality tenant instead, they dealt with a broken garden wall damaged during a storm at minimum cost, with no impact on my time and actually got me an extra €200 rent increase. For a professional , quality and worry free management of your property, I would not hesitate to recommend Shane and Casey Kennedy. Yours Sincerely, Vincent J.   My experience initially was ok, I rented a property for my company, and normal things, references, bank statements, etc were asked, after that the property was asked as they wanted to sell it, I gave it back, after giving the property back they asked me to do few more things before getting my deposit back, I did everything and patiently waited for the deposit to be sent back to my account, now after 3 months I still not get the deposit back, my emails are ignored and no-one seems to care, when I call they say: "ok I will follow up." but nothing happens. Based on my personal experience I do not recommend this company.

  I am a tenant with Casey Kennedy properties for more than 4 years till now, I found this company is excellent in dealing with emergency breakdowns in the house. they respond very quickly to solve any pending issue regarding the house. I can't move to another agency because I feel very secure and have a peace of mind while renting through Casey Kennedy Properties. Their perfect service don't stop from the beginning of the deal till the end. I have no hesitation to recommend C Kennedy company for any one who is looking for the best deal in the property market that suits his budget with fast and up to date after deal service.
