::The showrooms look very impressive, unfortunately the finished product in your home is disappointing. The customer service is appalling. I lost count of the number of times we had to call the fonthill showroom and head office to get our issue resolved. After being promised a call from a carpenter on two occasions, one finally turned up on the third date. This was more than 2 months after date we were assured our project would be finished. In retrospect we should have bought something in Ikea and paid a carpenter to fit it.
