We bought a sideboard from them. Within 5 minutes of delivery the drawer handle came off. When we called them about this, we were politely told that its pre owned and you buy what you see. But I think there is some warranty and reliability expected when I paid 145 euros for an item. Edit: The nice lady from the store called us and offered to exchange it for something else we can find in the store.
