::Stunning house and gardens. The house is steeped in history and has been extensively and faithfully restored. Guided tours are regular and most informative. There's a market every last Sunday if the month selling everything from crafts and art to artisan jams and meats. There's also a lovely restaurant that open most of the year. The take out coffee is tasty. The house plays host to exhibitions, concerts and seasonal family events. There's extensive walks through the grounds on good pathways. Long or short there's tonnes to see. All the old service buildings for the big house have been restored. The old ice House and Batty Langley Lodge are well worth a look. A fantastic amenity that I'm lucky to live beside.

::An idyllic Estate for a walk along the banks of the river Liffey before visiting the Big House, Ireland's on "palace"! Then stroll down the lime tree avenue to the beautiful village of Celbridge, which is the birthplace of the legendary Arthur Guinness.
