  I have used Cavan Box on one occasion for a rush job and was assured that they could delivery on time. This was not the case as not only was my product late I had to collect it myself. I would have expected a more professional service for a big Irish company. I have requested a refund as they were not delivered and I had to pay a direct courier to collect at my expense, but yet I have already paid a delivery charge on the order that I had to pre-pay for. I have been told that no refund is forthcoming. For a company that boasts about being ISO I must say a very unprofessional outfit
