::If you can give a minus rating, it would be appreciated. My investigation of an areas' planning enforcement and follow up would make anyone who has ever had a planning refusal turned down furious. There is zero enforcement, zero accountabilty and zero response, unless you persist . I am unsure what some staff actually do.

::Cavan council should be ashamed of themselves for all the cruelty to animals and what's going on here, they tell you they have no houses for you but so many places boarded up that if they stopped wasting there money on rubbish do up the houses and give them to people that deserve them hence shorter waiting list

::Shame on you! What idiots sit on Cavan county council that can justify passing another planning application for yet another horrendous puppy farm? This council gives the island of Ireland very bad press, for god's sake wake up and listen to what the people of Ireland are saying instead of just lining your pockets. No decent human being would agree with these despicable places that make money out of constant suffering of innocent animals. DO SOMETHING DECENT FOR ONCE!!!!

::TOTAL DISGRACE TO ISSUE MORE LISENCES FOR DOG BREEDING ANYWHERE WHEN THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT DOGS DIE ANNUALLY. CAVAN CO COUNCIL/...WAKE UP TO REALITY YOU CRUEL SPINELESS PEOPLE>
