  Rang up on Sunday midday to book an early morning cab for Monday. I'd rang another local cab office prior to this but they said they didn't take bookings on the MyTaxi app so I rang this place. I asked twice on the phone if it'd be alright to pay via the app (on a business account) and yes and yes again were their response. Cab rocks up at the arranged time and I jump in and get out the app and explained to the taxi driver about how I'd been told this would be cool.. He'd never even heard of the app and said it was cash only. I was in work for 7 so had no choice but to take it and having to pay out of my own pocked. Really shoddy service and the cynic in me thinks they took the booking knowing I'd pay either way. That or the guy in the office is a simple...

  I don't do reviews normally on the internet to be honest but I had give the lads in Celbridge Cabs a tip of my hat. What you want when you call a cab /taxi company surely is reliability, great service, clean cars and very welcoming staff. These lads have all of the above in bucket loads. They are all local lads with the knowledge and advice to get you where you want when you want to get there.

  I was somewhat dubious about writing this review as the other ones were so negative. But I have to say our experience of this taxi company is the complete opposite off previous reviews. We ordered a taxi for 6:30 on a Saturday night going to Dublin city centre. The taxi arrived on time and the driver was a complete gent, very chatty, courteous and pleasant. I was actually embarrassed for not tipping him when we got to town, apologies (to the driver) I will get you again!!

  If I could give this rank 0 stars I would give them a -0. Literally the worst company you’ll ever deal with, this place is an absolute joke and should be shut down and liquidated as soon as possible. The rudest staff and the worst drivers known to man, I couldn’t believe how rude and incompetent they were, always late and never apologetic. I’ve actually no idea how this rank gets any customers because they sure as hell don’t deserve them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

  I wish I could give a zero star rating. Completely incompetent for a Thursday night. Called them at 12:35 (was told they'd be with us in 15-20). At 1:15 we called them 3-4 times to no avail. Have had to call another taxi service based in Maynooth to get a taxi. Quite embarrassing. Should avoid this taxi office at all costs. Not worth the time nor the energy. Would rather walk.
