::Customer service goes a long way and I believe that you buy people first there was no effort to help you could tell by the attitude. I do not for a second believe that an auto shop does not have a spanner to lend a customer to fit a car battery. The guy I dealt with was very unhelpful all he could do was point me to a garage near by garage obviously pushing business to the garage with out any knowledge of my budget at 9 in the morning when I was stuck trying to make my way into work. They need to work on this !
