  Manager doesn't seem to be very qualified and thereby has no clue in how they should deal with a customer. I especially noticed this when he spent a good half hour of the time he's being paid to work to argue over an invalid return policy with a kid.

  Easily the worst shop around, deli is always closed early, prices are different at the till than what's advertised on shelf and they literally never have more than one person on the till even at rush hour times joke of a place

  I was in this shop last Monday evening 11 Feb approx 6.30 pm and I was horrified by the way the manager handled a situation with another customer, who happened to be a teenager. His manner towards the boy was disgraceful, demeaning, threatening and completely unnecessary. Every time I think of it I get angry again. The boy had tried to use an ID that was not his own, which I know in itself is wrong, but to be spoken to in that way and confiscating the ID in the manner it was done was just deplorable. I hope that Centra trains it staff better than that on how to handle situations in a decent and humane way. It was embarrassing for everyone who was in the shop and the manager looked like an idiot.

  Local resident often visit . Shop has most stuff and more , the worst service I ve ever seen. Just awful managers spend more time counting and no one at counters . It's a pity.

  This store have the same team members serving there for as long as poss, most moving on after completed college. They seem to pay team members well, As they are usually happy. Moral in the store is good. A store is nothing without a good team. Make it sensational, with a well motivated well paid Team. Store is well stocked. Competitive convenience store pricing. Fab Deli Hot & Cold sections. ***** No, I don't own it 😄
