  Hard to win an argument when you are dealing with idiotic policies that they nearly chant at you rather then answer any issue that a customer has. They would do well to remember that they might be in business 20 years as I was told by the supervisor in the portlaoise store but I'm in business longer and have never been treated with such a bewildering run around like them. Golden rule in business is if you make a deal, stick to it, don't move the goal posts and say it's policy, looks amateur at best and bad for repeat customer business long term. I don't normally put up bad reviews as it can damage longterm business for anyone but on this occasion I feel it obligatory to let people know about them. Buyer or seller beware!!!

  Incompetent testers. Tried to sell something there and test came back with device won't charge. Took train to Dublin, tested in other shop there. No problem.
