  Mostly great staff in the store, Nigerian security guard needs to tone it down. Emerged from the store and he asks me if I got anything in the yard. I say 'No'. Then he asks me if I bought anything in the shop, and he asks to see the receipt. He crosses the entrance from his hut to do all this as I'm walking out with my purchases of about €12. Talk about making it obvious. Meanwhile well laden vehicles driving past! Idiotic and ineffective 'security'.

  Staff are very very unhelpful at the main desk. Lazy. The staff who do the actual work out the back are more helpful but not always there. It's a busy place.. It's cheap and it shows in the staff

  Collecting from the yard can be a nightmare, with a considerable amount of time lost waiting for yard staff to attend to your needs. There are not enough staff to deal with demand and there needs to be a location grid map issued by counter staff and a Que. system. The store has improved internally.
