::had an appointment and was left sitting in the waiting room and finally got called in 1 hour and 45 minutes after the time my appointment was booked for. Receptionist was rude. Called 10+ times on separate occasions wishing their opening hours to request result of blood test and they never once answered. Disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour in my opinion.

::If I could give them -1 star I would have, asked for an emergency appointment for a sick 7 week old baby and was turned down - it's Thursday before the long Easter weekend and the receptionist told me there's no chance as they're busy... i was standing there with tears running down my face, worried about my baby and the receptionist pretended she couldn't see me. One of the worst experiences of my life
