  Joke of a service. Rude customer support (Francis) extremely unhelpful and service not fulfilled as per what I paid for. Also lies being told on their system saying they tried to collect parcel when they didn't. I would avoid this company. I certainly won't be using them again.

  Shambles. Multiple no collection on same parcel, assurances don't mean much. Only use if you're having trouble training a murder of crows to do your deliveries.

  Useless service cannot be contacted no way of tracking a parcel. I paid for an express service, two days later I haven't been contacted and i cannot contact them. I would prefer to give zero stars but one is the minimum.

  Pay peanuts - get monkeys! Terrible postal service. They obviously don't have the resources to provide the service they are so loudly advertising! Customers have contacted us regarding undelivered post! Tax returns sent to our accountant with original documents - undelivered / "lost"! Phoned City Post, sent numerous emails & 13 days later we are still waiting for a representative of City Post to phone back with an update / explanation! What kind of customer service is that? We are back with the reliable An Post. €0.21c extra per letter but at least our post will be delivered! It's all well & good advertising a cheap postal service - if it actually works!

  Would highly recommend, when you deal with citypost you are dealing with a very organised company.
