::The hotel was really nice and the room was beautiful… The staff were very helpful and courteous… The only thing I think it lacked was atmosphere in the bar or restaurant. Took a taxi to another restaurant because the restaurant wasn’t very enticing. My suggestion is for the bar to have some stools at the bar so people can sit there… When you are traveling alone it’s not fun to sit at a table by yourself but if you could sit at the bar there might be some atmosphere that would be good. After I got back from dinner I tried going to both bars but it was just awful. So I went to my room. Please think about people traveling on their own entertainment wise. I know there’s a bar on the corner but I wanted to stay at the hotel. The reason I picked this hotel was that it was in the city and thought it might be better than the ones by the airport. This was the same.

::This hotel is in a perfect location from which to explore Dublin. We didn't eat at the hotel, just used it as a base. The hotel doesn't have any air conditioning and unfortunately we were unable to open windows because of building work taking place immediately outside of the bedroom window. Although the beds were comfortable, the bedding was too hot at night time to make sleeping easy. Happy with the standard of cleanliness and the room facilities. Reception staff were always friendly, helpful and cheerful. However, in terms of the cost of the room, if I were to return to Dublin, I'd probably look for a hotel which had air conditioning.

::My wife and I recently stayed in the Cardiff lane Clayton Hotel. On arrival, the check-in staff were really pleasant, helpful and fun. They made us feel comfortable and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless and bright and everything was as one would want in a modern hotel. We dined in the restaurant and we were treated to the most enjoyable food, service and staff. Everyone from the chap who seated us, the girl who attended us for our order to the manager who came over and chatted for a few minutes couldn't have been nicer. And to top it all, when the check came there was a complimentary drink for us. The hotel is fabulous more importantly, the staff are a credit to you. Thank you so much. Thomas.

::Hi, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and found it easy to make my way into the centre of Dublin on foot on a daily basis. I found your staff to be very helpful with any queries. I thought the buffet breakfast was excellent and enjoyed it daily. the beds were excellent although I did find the bedding quite warm for the time of year(June) and would prefer something lighter/cooler) but despite that a very enjoyable stay and would recommend your hotel to anyone wanting to visit Dublin

::From start to finish this hotel provided relaxation. The check in was easy and quick. The room was perfect with facilities that were beyond what we expected. The coffee machine was a great touch. It was also very quiet which we didn't expect. The only drawback that I could find was the choice of beers! Once again Guinness had forced a monopoly on the customer.
