::I Took my laptop in to get an assessment carried out for a decent fee.They held my laptop for over a week despite me ringing them a few times, they won't tell you when your laptop is ready to pick up. They could only presume that is was a issue with the mother board, which they don't fix. They also managed to break my DVD drive, which took them another week to fix!!
