::Clonmel library is a run-of-the-mill library with a good selection of books. It has a few computers to work on. I would suggest that you book time on the computers ahead if you need to use them. I issue that I find extremely annoying is the lack of a book drop off. If you live out of town and need to drop a book off after hours you are out of luck. I realize that this may be due to deviant behavior of a few blackguards; however, it is a definite problem if you cannot make it to the library before closing time.
