::I bought a used car in April 2016. Customer service is excellent. My only issue is that the car (11-D) i got didnt come with service book which is valuable when selling it in the future. I was promised they will chase the previous owner for the service book but i was sent only an email containing history details of whats done to the car. Would have been better if its the book itself with service stamps.
