::This is a great gym for personal training. You have to be willing to trust the process, work hard and the food prep takes some getting used to a first, but it is SO worth it. I've had personal training before and this experience is 20x better - lee is my trainer and he's so dedicated to helping me progress, to learning new things and making sure I'm happy with the plan. The diet doesn't feel like a diet at all (in fact I had to get used to eating more!) And the workouts are tough but without making you feel totally dead after. And, most importantly, it works - each session you can see the progress you're making, and you will see the changes in your body pretty quickly too. I wasn't hugely overweight but after a year of no exercise and not paying attention to what I ate I was feeling out of shape and self conscious. Within a month of training with Lee I had lost 3 inches off my waist and already felt more confident. It's now been 3 months and I'm still training and seeing results. Can't recommend it enough - if you're hesitating, just do it :)
