  Really great coffee in a nice atmosphere. Decor very nice. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Cheesecake is delicious, as is the selection of gourmet sausage and vegetarian rolls. Relish is moreish. Chips are perfect and scone was lovely too. Will definitely be back to try the menu.

  Lovely cosy place to go after or before your trip on the greenway. Great choices of food. Breakfast lunch or snack. Beautiful, decorated to a very high standard. A must to visit

  Fabulous location situated right in the middle of the Waterford greenway... fantastic staff and food to die for ..I can't recommend the coach house coffee enough..I'll definitely be back soon

  I don't want to encourage people to go....I'd rather keep this little gem to myself!! The food here is out of this world! Soooo tasty and there's a good choice. The cakes too are amazing, I had the Mint Aero cheesecake and it was fantastic! Staff are real friendly and the room itself styled with old photos, books and collectables from the old railway. There's a bike hire also on site
