  Brilliant, friendly athmosphere. Every class is different, so constantly pushing yourself. Great for all levels of fitness and Vinny has a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness. Great workout for kids, teens, ladies & men. Seperate classes for each. Well recommend🏋🏻💪🏾👊🏼
