  Low marks for after sales service. When they get it right, their work is great, but if they make a mistake with measurements or their joints fail, it takes months to get the work done correctly, but they take 90% of your money up front. They made lots of promises about when they'd fix the work, but didn't deliver week after week. If you go with these guys, you better hope they get it right the first time.
