::Absolutely disgusted with the service here. I dropped my mac book pro off here to be repaired as the keyboard and trackpad had stopped working. A week later the called me and told me it was ready. I came to collect it and they lady behind the counter read me the overview of what the person who "repaired" it had done. It said he/she had replaced the key board and trackpad. I didn't check the laptop there and then and upon returning home later that night I opened my mac to find that my keyboard and trackpad were NOT WORKING. upon further inspection I found that the keyboard was not new as there was still the same marks and stains that had already been there. I am so so upset and furious about this and as it is the weekend I have to see what can be done on Monday. I am currently facing uni exams and can't be without my mac for another week. After I find out why it isn't fixed, I will never be returning to this store again.

::The customer service at Compu B is exceptional. I purchased a new iPhone from Three network and on opening the box, the screen was slightly damaged. After banging my head against a wall trying to get Three to take an interest in sorting this out, I contacted Compu B since they sell Apple products. They assessed the phone and ordered a replacement which I had within 24 hours. Absolutely top class service. I dealt with Eoin, Alan and Kieran and they were all fantastic. Thank you.
