::Order placed November 1st 2017 - As of 10th January 2018 no charger, still no refund despite 3 emails and numerous phone calls requesting so. Shoddy customer service and no attempt on their part to resolve the issue so far, despite my attempts to email and contact them by phone. BUYER BEWARE!
