::I don't even know where to start. I am now in a hotel room in Paris very agree of this dealer. I had some issues with my car it wont start normally in the morning so I book it with Conlans and proceeded with fix in it. They said was FULE CONTROLE UNIT and we agreed to change it. It cost me 700 euros. After 10 days car start it same symptoms all the same as before. Engine fault reduced power before and after they change parts. I called straight way the service section and informed them that I have same problem. They said to bring car down to them. After some time they called me and said we think is INJECTOR broke and you need to change it. But also may be fuel pressure pump ? firstly we recommend to change straight way the INJECTOR. The injector cost me 900 euro because I complained and they reduced it form 1080 euro to 900. So I left car another 3 days and INJECTOR change but they said the car was not fixed and we must change FULE PRESSURE PUMP as well. They want it to keep car and proceed with change of fuel pressure pump and want it another 2000 euros for it. I was not happy about it, I don't want it to pay another 900 euros and my car still broke, so I made some complains to the guy in reception, actually I was going to pay with credit card and said to this guy the minute I pay I will cancel the transaction, but in fact was joke and these guys proceeded with threat to me that you want get your car back if you don't pay by cash. I had no cash was Saturday and Monday early in the morning had to leave the country for holidays. Somehow I paid with my laser card and convicted them that I was not going to cancel it. I drove to France and just arrived in Paris stopped for food and car want start again. I spend it 2 hours until battery went dead and had to call services. They took the car to a BMW main dealer in Paris Fontainebleau and they diagnose it with FULE PUMP FAILURE and not the FUEL PRESSURE PUMP. So basically whatever they change did not fix the problem but left me out of pocket 1700 euros and broken car in the middle Paris. With 3 kids to pay hotels and food. My holidays gone plus my money. Thank good I had travel insurance and they cover some of my cost to pay for the hotel. My recommendation is zero for this dealer. I have worst experience in my live and believe me I have been told from my solicitor KEEP ANY RECEIPT OF YOUR EXPENCES SO WHEN YOU COME BACK NOT THAT THEY WILL REFUND YOU BUT WILL PAY ALL YOUR EXPENCES AS WELL. So lets hope this will be sort it ?

::So I booked in my mini for a change of door handle and a slight fix to the suicide door. After receiving a reasonable quote and a 2.5 hour time frame for the job I thought this would be perfect and to get it fitted instead of just getting the parts. What a mistake I made.... after sitting around for 2.5 hours the young lady at service reception informed me that they found an underlying problem and the service guy would be out to explain. 3 hours had rolled by now and he strolls out to me, he informs me that there is an issue with the lock and that nothing has been done to the car yet. That means it took 3 hours for them to take the door panel off my car, a job that should take an hour on average and I'm only finding out about the problem after 3 full hours. When I expressed my distress at the situation and how I could not have been informed before now, supposedly I'm just being argumentative and the bill will be the bill..... god knows how much longer I will have to sit here for something that I was told I would be gone by half one for. An hour and a half drive waits for me after this is fixed and TBH the standard of service is an absolute joke. TLDR : Save yourself time and money and burn the name conlans out of your mind. 4 hour wait for half a job to be complete that should take half the time.
