::I was told by my physiotherapist to join a Pilates class as I was suffering from back pains. I went to a class with Rosane from Connect Health and Fitness and I could not believe how in my very first class my symptoms were relieved. The teacher gave me an exercise that straight away made me feel great. Since then I can't live without Pilates and I can surely recommend her. She is very attentive and really shows that she cares about her clients.
