  I HAVE CHANGED MY RESPECT FOR THIS HOSPITAL IT IS A DUMP THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR DEAD , THEY ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH MY MOTHER DIED IN THIS SO CALLED HOSPITAL MY FATHER IS IN THE HOSPITAL AND IS STILL WITH PARKINSON DISEASE AND IS ROUGHING AT NIGHT AND THE CAN NOT NEARLY WALK AND THEY ARE FORCE ME TO SIGN HIM HOME UNDER FARE DEAL SCHEME AND HE LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING HOME HIS HEALTH WILL GET WORSE I WILL SEEK LEGAL AGAINST JAMES CONNOLLY AND HSE

  Staff couldn't be more helpful they made a long stay easier. They need help though.

  i want to thank the staff of james connolly you could not asked best doctors and nurses who care they are looking after my mother who has cancer but is getting seizures ever so often and my father is in the hospatil

  Excellent staff in busy a and e on Xmas day. From reception to triage to doctors, all extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you

  Very slow emergency ward. Expect an 8 to 16 hour wait time before diagnosis. Once in the staff are friendly and efficient. I guess they are understaffed.
