  I ordered a scarf and hat as Christmas presents and unfortunately there would be a delay with the scarf but that wasn't a problem the staff let me know with plenty time. Grace called me and was absolutely lovely and very helpful alot of times people leave reviews to complain but I want to say how kind and helpful Grace was at dealing with my query. Thank you!
